Barcelona travel guide

Traveling around Europe is a good shout as you can usually find cheap deals for short breaks. There are so many different city’s and environments to see; if you’re based in the UK like me then you’re lucky we have easy access (for now #ScrewBrexit).

Drunch Regent’s Park

The second branch of the infamous Drunch opened in Regent’s Park, and serves halal dishes, from burgers to Italian burrata. We loved the atmosphere & decor of the place, as well as the fine dining experience. This branch is more spacious than the other, and has a different menu (however both still have their famous Drunch Cheesecake!).

Fridge Caffé

Fridge Caffé is a new dessert parlour with the coolest interior design, located in Acton. They serve high quality desserts and award winning gelato. Of course, everything is also halal friendly, and they also have some gluten free and vegan options! This place and Kahve Dunyasi are my two my favourite dessert parlours to date…you need to go here if you have a sweet tooth!

Ceru in South Kensington offers a menu inspired by cuisines from the Levant region (Turkey, Cyprus, Lebanon, Syria, Israel, Jordan). Their menu caters for a wide range of tastes, and their all day menu is entirely gluten free (excluding the pita bread)!
